Terms of Service

Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines published by SkyZack AI from time to time.

We may modify or update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, security, or product-related changes. Updated versions become effective from the “Last Updated” date stated above.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service is intended primarily for students in India, including CBSE students and users who may be below eighteen (18) years of age.

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old; or
• where you are a minor, your parent or lawful guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and your use of the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to parental or guardian consent.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• promptly update inaccurate account information; and
• remain responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

You must immediately notify us at skyzack.official@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.

SkyZack AI may impose limits on concurrent sessions, devices, storage, or feature access for security and operational reasons.

Accounts are intended for individual personal use only. Sharing accounts, credentials, or subscription access with others is prohibited.

Depending on your subscription plan, device, and platform availability, the Service may include:

• Daily CBSE-pattern question papers and answer keys
• Historical question papers and archives
• Chapter-wise quizzes, review tools, and educational resources
• Leaderboards, badges, referral systems, and social features
• AI-generated educational explanations and study assistance
• Paid subscription tiers that unlock additional functionality or remove advertisements

Features, limits, pricing, availability, and functionality may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of content, or compatibility across all devices or platforms.

Subscription Plans. Paid features are offered through recurring or fixed-duration subscription plans priced in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Monthly Auto-Renewal. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle through the payment mandate authorised by the user via Razorpay. To prevent renewal, users must cancel the subscription before the next billing date through the account settings page. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid period.

Yearly Plans. Yearly subscriptions are currently treated as one-time purchases and do not automatically renew unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments and Razorpay. Payments are processed through Razorpay using their hosted payment infrastructure. SkyZack AI does not collect or store:

• card numbers;
• CVV information;
• UPI PINs;
• banking credentials; or
• wallet authentication credentials.

Razorpay may independently collect and process payment-related information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Refunds. Unless required under applicable Indian consumer-protection law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases involving:

• duplicate charges;
• technical billing errors; or
• payment-processing failures attributable to the Service.

Coupons and Referral Credits. Promotional credits, referral rewards, discount codes, and coupons:

• are non-transferable;
• may be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud; and
• may expire subject to the applicable promotional terms.

Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to revise pricing for future billing cycles. Pricing changes shall not affect the remainder of an already-paid subscription period.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including:

• question papers;
• answer keys;
• educational content;
• graphics;
• logos;
• software;
• interface designs; and
• AI-generated materials

are owned by or licensed to SkyZack AI unless otherwise stated.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, SkyZack AI grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

Users shall not:

• reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit content;
• mass-download, scrape, archive, or mirror Service content;
• remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
• use the Service for commercial coaching, redistribution, or resale purposes without written permission.

Users may submit certain content to the Service, including:

• profile names;
• avatars;
• support communications;
• feedback;
• friend requests; and
• other interactive content (“User Content”).

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content; and
• the content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant SkyZack AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process such content solely for operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Users agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or mirror Service content at scale;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• bypass security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions;
• create multiple accounts to abuse referrals, subscriptions, or leaderboards;
• upload unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content;
• use automation, bots, or scripts to manipulate platform functionality;
• interfere with platform security or infrastructure; or
• use the Service in violation of applicable Indian law.

We may investigate suspected abuse, suspend accounts, revoke access, or take legal action where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may send a notice to:

Your notice should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work or material claimed to be infringed;
• the location or URL of the allegedly infringing material;
• your contact information; and
• a good-faith statement explaining the basis of your claim.

SkyZack AI may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material where appropriate.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Accounts may be deactivated through the account settings page or by contacting the grievance officer.

SkyZack AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where users:

• materially violate these Terms;
• engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct;
• compromise platform security; or
• misuse subscriptions, referrals, or educational content.

We may preserve relevant records for security, fraud-prevention, legal-compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Certain features of the Service may use artificial intelligence systems and machine-learning technologies to generate educational material, explanations, summaries, quizzes, and recommendations.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and are provided solely as educational assistance tools.

Users are responsible for independently verifying important academic information through authoritative educational sources.

SkyZack AI does not guarantee examination performance, marks, rankings, or academic outcomes arising from use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyZack AI disclaims all warranties relating to:

• accuracy or completeness of content;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• availability of the Service;
• fitness for a particular purpose; and
• security or reliability of third-party integrations.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always remain available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SkyZack AI, its founders, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses;
• loss of data, profits, reputation, or academic opportunities;
• interruption of Service availability; or
• reliance upon AI-generated or educational content.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed:

• the amount paid by the user to SkyZack AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
• INR ₹1,000,

whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyZack AI, its operators, affiliates, employees, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your violation of these Terms;
• misuse of the Service;
• infringement of third-party rights; or
• unlawful conduct associated with your account.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting SkyZack AI and allowing a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between the user and SkyZack AI relating to the Service.
